the larabie fonts collection
From 1996 to 2001, before Typodermic Fonts, I created 383 free fonts. These fonts are part of the Larabie Fonts collection from Typodermic Fonts. Except for slightly different rules for web embedding, the same license agreement and the same rules apply. Even if it’s free, you still get the same commercial use license agreement as you would with “pay” fonts.
what do you mean free?
Even though most of the Larabie Fonts collection is free, the same Typodermic Fonts commercial use license applies. Yes, you can use my free fonts for commercial use. Please don’t ask me as I get a lot of email about that.
shopping cart? really?
It’s the only way to get the latest versions and to ensure that you get notified when fonts are updated.
free?
All 383 Larabie Fonts (as well as fonts from other designers) are displayed at MyFonts.com. Here’s how pricing works:
Most Larabie Fonts are free for commercial use. Load as many as you want into your Shopping Cart at MyFonts.com and proceed to the checkout. Your total for the free styles in the Larabie Fonts collection should be $0.00. If you end up with a total greater than $0, check that you have included only free styles of Larabie Fonts.
Some styles of Larabie Fonts are not free, so pay close attention to the price before you check out. All Larabie Fonts have at least one free personal use font style.
Think of Larabie Fonts as free meatballs at the grocery store. Not all meatballs are free. Not everything in the store is free.

old versions
Although you can find some of the Larabie Fonts collection on various free font sites, I encourage you to get the latest versions from http://j.mp/larabie. Many improvements have been made over the years. While it takes more work to add fonts to your shopping cart and check out, you'll also be notified when new versions are available. If you find a problem with one of my fonts, let me know. I'll fix it and anyone who has it will be notified that a new version is available.
not free?
Some fonts from the Larabie Fonts collection were too popular and either migrated to Typodermic Fonts or had pay styles added to their families. Free styles are still available for these families.

license agreement
View the current Typodermic Fonts End User License Agreement.
distributing fonts
The current version of the Larabie Fonts license agreement doesn’t allow fonts to be distributed on websites such as free font sites. If you find an old version of a font from another site it can be distributed in accordance with the original license agreement.
the Larabie Fonts CD
Order the Larabie Fonts Font Collection on CD or USB key: 383 Larabie Fonts in Windows TrueType and OpenType format. All fonts on the CD are licensed for commercial use.
help
Installation help can be found at MyFonts.com. If you’re having technical problems with a font, make sure you have the latest version. If it’s really broken, let me know.
scrapbooking
I get lots of questions from scrapbookers so there’s a page devoted to it.
